What was the highlight of Grafton Beach Resort
Awesome
The property was very nice and comfortable and conveniently located on a quiet beach. The pool was also very nice. Most of the staff were very nice and professional. However, the first touch points I felt (front desk check in, for example) could use a bit of training in customer service and first impressions. Otherwise, the stay was great. Shout out to Raquel and Margot as well as the general manager (I did not get her name but she is a superstar!!) for excellent service!!!

Relaxing stay at the Grafton!
The location was excellent and a few steps away from the beach. Staff were courteous and helpful. The beach was clean, safe and the water was superb, excellent for swimming. The wifi worked well and the room was equipped with all amenities for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was also very good.
The process at the bar, to charge a drink to the room, was way to slow and drawn out with staff having to go to a location away from the bar, to have the bill printed.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grafton - so relaxing!
I loved the view and how quiet and unspoilt the beach was just across the road. The hotel is away from the main popular tourist beaches but they’re not far to get to if you want a busier beach. Food was very nice and staff were very welcoming and approachable.
